Ehrlich Nissan in Greeley is Colorado’s only three time Nissan Owner First Award of Excellence Nissan dealer. In 2008 only 3 Nissan Dealers out of 150 in the Northwest Region received this prestigious recognition from Nissan North America. Ehrlich Nissan was the only dealer in the Colorado to win the award, and the other 2 Nissan dealers were located in Northern California. In 2009, Ehrlich Nissan repeated this prestigious award and only 9 dealers in the Region qualified. We are happy to say we have been awarded this prestigious award again in 2010!. Nationally, less than 10% of the 1100 Nissan dealers win the Nissan Owner First Award of Excellence. Below is a description of the Award:
What is Nissan's Owner First Award of Excellence? Nissan's Owner First Award of Excellence is a recognition program designed to honor those individuals in our Dealerships who contribute to building Nissan's Brand value by consistently delivering an outstanding Nissan experience for your customers. "Owner First" stems from the Owner First Survey that measures your Dealership and individual performance from the owner's perspective. The name "Owner First" embodies the philosophy behind the award: Put owners first and owners will put your Dealership first. To earn this exclusive recognition, we must adopt standards of excellence that consistently meet and exceed our customers' expectations. The Owner First Award of Excellence is designed to provide the measures necessary for Nissan dealerships to achieve the performance benchmarks valued most by Nissan owners. Those who achieve these high performance standards will be building customer preference for Nissan products, service and their Nissan dealership. And your customers’ preference means greater profits. Nissan's Owner First Award of Excellence gives you the opportunity to measure your performance through key criteria outlined in the program rules. Each Dealership that achieves excellence in the required performance areas will be recognized as one of our finest Dealerships and receive the awards and benefits of the Owner First Award of Excellence Program. Each participating individual in Sales, Parts and Service who reaches their individual objectives will earn a variety of unique awards that boast their achievement in the Owner First Award of Excellence.
