Justin McNichol was our salesperson for the last 2. In each case we have received excellent care and service above any dealership we have ever dealt with. Interest in a vehicle did not mean constant hounding and pressure to buy a vehicle. Their patience began with looking for the right car and getting the right price no matter how long it took. Reviews are very important to us. Since we checked other reviews that helped us chose this dealer, here is another one that might perhaps make your decision in choosing a dealership easier.

We were looking for a decent car that would get good gas mileage and has low miles on it on a budget that not many dealerships can keep. So we looked online and found a 2011 Kia Rio and thought we might check that out. Turned out the car was parked somewhere else, but Josh was great, friendly and understanding and sent a driver to go pick it up. He informed us it could take a while (1 hour to 2 hours). While we waited he came to us in the breakroom, keys in hands and started talking to us that this is not the Rio but another car that might be a little bit more pricey but the same monthly payment.

It was a 2011 VW Jetta. We took it for a test drive and immediately fell in love with it. The Kia was still not there so we decided to do some errands. Josh told us to take the Jetta and get familiar with it. So we did. It was great.

We came back and after a little while the Kia came. It was kinda disappointing to get into it after we test drove the Jetta for pretty much the whole day. Yes, the Kia has better gas mileage but the rest was missing: No power doors, no power mirrors, no power windows. The Jetta had all that. Was great for us- made our decision that much easier.

Josh was very friendly, polite and knows what he is talking about. What we hate the most is when somebody pressures you into buying a car and he didn't. He was relaxed and kept helping us out.

"I was looking for a 2013 Nissan Altima - specifically pearl white with black interior - and located what I wanted at Ehrlich Nissan and submitted an Internet request. I received a phone call from sales consultant Gary Shaw within 24 hours to further discuss the vehicle. Gary was nothing short of amazing to work with. He listened to what I was wanting, was extremely knowledgeable, and he provided me with my financing options that very same day. Never once did he try to pressure me into a specific finance option, or into a different vehicle. Since I live in Nebraska, I set up an appointment with Gary for the very next day, and by the time I had arrived, Gary already had my financing taken care of and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. "The 1st time I went to Ehrlich Nissan was about 2 years ago. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly receptionist who held the door open for me. My 1st thought was that it was nice they treated their new customers in this manner. I soon found out that that is the normal course of business for anyone walking through the door, new or returning customer. Frank Christiansen was the consummate professional sales representative who took the time to learn what it was I wanted and then did his level best to make sure I got it. Soon, I met the owner, Phil Marzolf, and his lead staff members, Scott Howell, Ricky Newman, and Jason Thomas, all of whom were respectful, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure that I had a positive car buying experience. In short order, I became a proud owner of a beautiful Nissan Altima. "I just did a online purchase...a 1999 dodge ram 1500...I was very concerned about buying with out seeing first. So I bought a full car/truck inspection from a place called AIM mobile inspections...cost me 150 bucks...but i have used them before and they are very good at getting all the facts straight. "I had been looking for a bigger vehicle for me and my 3 kids and found a Nissan Pathfinder over at Ehrlich Nissan and decided to go check it out. Once we were there, this young man David approached us and was more than ready to answer any questions that we had. He was very professional and spoke great things of the dealership letting us know that they were the best of the best. So we gave it a try, I explained what I was looking for and the deal that best fitted my needs. So at first he seemed like it was impossible to get me that vehicle at the monthly payments that I could afford, but he never gave up and tried his best to earn our business. Next thing we know he came back out and amazed us with the prize and payments to the vehicle. Right there in that moment he earned my trust and much more. We then took the vehicle for a spin and it felt great, so we went inside and started signing away. David had a really great personality, he was polite and professional at all times. "The best experience I've ever had with an automotive business or any business in general!

I was driving from Ohio to California in a Nissan I had just bought the day before, I knew absolutely nothing about the car especially since it was my first newer car. We broke down and a passerby helped get us to this dealership.

My entire transmission was ruined and I thought we were going to be stuck in the middle of Colorado for weeks trying to get a new one but Lucas helped find one at a neighboring dealership and they got right to work on the car, thankfully it was done the next day! Not only did they help me out with the finances of the entire thing but they got me settled in a rental for the night, printed directions for a hotel and recommended a delicious restaurant (Old Chicago). I have never met people in my life that were as nice, generous or helpful as everyone that works there. Also super friendly to my pup!

I was especially thankful because we were two young women driving across country with our dog Samuel and I was incredibly stressed and worried to be in a place I didn't know. I will forever recommend this dealership and praise the amazing staff they have working there!
