To earn this exclusive recognition, we must adopt standards of excellence that consistently meet and exceed our customers' expectations. The Owner First Award of Excellence is designed to provide the measures necessary for Nissan dealerships to achieve the performance benchmarks valued most by Nissan owners. Those who achieve these high performance standards will be building customer preference for Nissan products, service and their Nissan dealership. And your customers' preference means greater profits.

Nissan's Owner First Award of Excellence gives you the opportunity to measure your performance through key criteria outlined in the program rules. Each Dealership that achieves excellence in the required performance areas will be recognized as one of our finest Dealerships and receive the awards and benefits of the Owner First Award of Excellence Program.
